In the Name of Allah the Beneficent the Merciful Imaam Nawawi says, “One should be especially observant in reciting Surat Ya Sin (36), Surat al Waqia (56) and Surat al Mulk.(67)”

The Benefits of Yasin (36)

1. The Prophet (SalAllahu alayhi wasalam) said, ‘Surely everything has a heart, and the heart of the Qur’an is Yasin. I would love that it be in the heart of every person of my people’[Bazzar]. (S.Muhammad Ali Sabuni, Tafsir-al-SabuniVol.2)

2. The Prophet (SalAllahu alayhi wasalam) said, ‘Whoever recites Yasin once Allah will record the reward of reciting the Qur’an ten times.’[Maqal, Tirmidhi 2812/A & Dhahabi]

3. It has been reported by Aisha (radiAllahu anha)that the Prophet (SalAllahu alayhi wasalam) said that there is a surah in the Qur’an that intercedes for itsreciter and forgive its listener. Know! It is Surah Yasin. It is called ‘Mu’amma’ in the Torah. It was enquired, what is Mu’amma? The Prophet (SalAllahu alayhi wasalam) said, ‘it embraces the person with the goodness of this world and removes the dismay of the Hereafter’[Hashiya of Tafsir Jalalalayn , pg 368].

4. The Prophet said, ‘Whoever recited Surah Yasin in the night seeking Allah’s pleasure, Allah would forgive him’[Ibn Hibban, Darimi 3283/A, Abu Yala, Tabarani, Baihaqi & Ibn Mardawaih]

5. Ma`qil ibn Yasar (Allah be pleased with him) relates that the Messenger of Allah (Allah’s blessings and peace be upon him, his family, companions, andfollowers) said,”Ya Sin is the heart of the Qur’an. No one reads it intending thereby Allah and the Next Abode except that Allah forgives them. Recite it for your deceasedones.” [Related by Ahmad, Abu Dawud, Nasa'i (this wording is his), and Hakim, who deemed it rigorously authenticated (sahih)]

6. Imam Ghazali explained that this is because soundness of faith rests on acknowledging Resurrection and Judgment, and Surat Ya Sin details this in the most emphatic of ways. Imam Fakhr al-Din al-Razi concurred.

7. Imam Tibi explained in his commentary on Mishkat al-Masabih that Surat Ya Sin was called ‘the Heart of the Qur ‘an ‘ because of what it contains of overwhelming proofs, decisive signs, subtle spiritual meanings, eloquent admonition, and stern warnings.

The benefits of Surah al Waqiah (56)

8. The Prophet said, ‘Whoever recites surah al Waqiah at night would never encounter poverty’ [Ibn Sunni 620]

9. The Prophet said, ‘Surah al Waqiah is the Surah of Wealth, so recite it and teach it to your children’[Ibn Asakir]

The Benefits of Surah al Mulk (67)

10. The Prophet said, ‘There is a surah in the Qur’an which is only thirty verses. It defended whoevere\recited it , until it puts him into paradise ‘ i.e.Surah al Mulk[Fath al Qadir 5/257, Sahihul Jamiea 1/680, Tabrani inAl-Awsat & Ibn Mardawaith]

11. The Prophet said, ‘Surah al Mulk is the protector from the torment of the grave ‘[Sahihul Jamiea 1/680, Hakim 2/498 & Nasai]

12. Jabir (radiAllahu anhu) said it was the custom of the Holy Prophet sallallahu alaihe wasallam not to go to sleep until he had read Tabarakalladhi Biyadihil Mulk and Alif Laam Meem Tanzeel. [Ahmad, Tirmidhi and Darami]

13. Anas (radiAllahu anhu) reported Rasulullah (sallallahu alaiyhi wasalam) as saying, “There is a Surah which will plead for its reciter\till it causes him to enter paradise (Tabarakalladhi Biyadihil Mulk).”[Tabrani]“

23. Wasif - January 19, 2008

Plz everybody, there is a hadith that says (this isnt word for word) that whoever recites Surah Yasiin in the morning then his needs for the entire day willl be fulfilled. Hope this helps somebody!

24. Wasif - January 19, 2008

This is the exact Hadith:

The Hadith mentioned by ‘Ataa bin Abi Rabaah (R.A.) states that the Prophet (S.A.W.) said: “Whosoever recites Surah Yasin in the early part of the day his needs will be fulfilled.” (Mishkaat, Page 189)

It is stated in Mirqaat, Sharah Mishkaat under the commentary of the above Hadith that ones worldly needs and the needs pertaining to the Deen and the Hereafter will be fulfilled. (Mirqaat, Sharah Mishkaat, Vol. 4, Page 681)

Again, I really hope that this helps somebody.

25. Mohamed - February 6, 2008

I love you everybody

26. Mohammad Ibrahim, Ph.D. in Hadith - February 12, 2008

I have searched the authenticity of those ahadith. Please read the judegment on each hadith
It narrated on the authority of Ibn ‘Abbas. In some narrations surat al-Mulk is provided instead of Yasin. The hadith is weak. (Al-Bani, al-Silsilah al-Da’ifah, Hadith no. 6572).

2. The Prophet (SalAllahu alayhi wasalam) said, ‘Whoever recites Yasin once Allah will record the reward of reciting the Qur’an ten times.’[Maqal, Tirmidhi 2812/A & Dhahabi]

It narrated on the authority of Ma‘qil b. Yasar. It is fabricated. (Al-Bani, al-Silsilah al-Da’ifah, Hadith no. 169, vol. 1, pp. 264).

This hadith is related by al-‘Aqili in his Du‘afa’ (weak narrators) vol. 2/ 143 and al-Bayhaqi in Shu‘ab al-Iman on the authority of Abu Bakr. The Hadith is very weak because of Sulayman b. Mirqa‘ al-Janda‘i who is a weak narrator. Confer Shaykh Al-Bani’s al-Silsilah al-Da‘ifah, Hadith no. 3260

4. The Prophet said, ‘Whoever recited Surah Yasin in the night seeking Allah’s pleasure, Allah would forgive him’[Ibn Hibban, Darimi 3283/A, Abu Yala, Tabarani, Baihaqi & Ibn Mardawaih]
It is narrated by both Judub b. Junadah and Abu Hurayrah. The former’s narration is weak (Al-Bani, Da’if al-Targhib wa al-Tarheeb, hadith no. 973). The hadith narrated by Abu Hurayrah is of good chain of narrators according to Al-Suyuti (Al-Ali’ al-Masnu‘uha, vol. 1, p. 235). This is the same judgment of ibn Kathir.

Recite it for your deceasedones.” [Related by Ahmad, Abu Dawud, Nasa’i (this wording is his), and Hakim, who deemed it rigorously authenticated (sahih)]
This hadith is weak, see Al-Bani, Da‘if al-Targhib wa al-Tarheeb , Hadith no. 884

This hadith is weak, see al-‘Iraqi in his takhrij of the ahadith of Al-Ghazzali’s Ihya’ vol. 1, p. 450. Ibn Hajar said that there is a controversy on Shuja‘ and his teacher, see al-Kafi al-Shaf, p. 278. He said, ‘it is very week’, see his Nata’ij al-Afkar, vol. 3, p. 264. Al-Bani said it is weak, al-Silsilah al-Da‘ifa, vol. 1, p. 366, Hadith no. 289.

11. The Prophet said, ‘Surah al Mulk is the protector from the torment of the grave ‘[Sahihul Jamiea 1/680, Hakim 2/498 & Nasai]
This is a weak hadith. See Al-Bani, Da‘if al-Targhib wa al-Tarheeb , Hadith no. 887.

This haith is authentic, see Al-Bani Silsialh al-Sahihah , hadith no. 585.
13. Anas (radiAllahu anhu) reported Rasulullah (sallallahu alaiyhi wasalam) as saying, “There is a Surah which will plead for its reciter\till it causes him to enter paradise (Tabarakalladhi Biyadihil Mulk).”[Tabrani]”
This hadith is hasan (good, a grade between the sound and the weak). See al-Bani, Silsialh al-Sahihah , hadith no. 2153.

Salam Alaikum Wa Rahmatullah e Wa Barakatuh u

Dear my brothers/sisters;

Jazakumullah Khairan.

I am one of your brothers trying to spread word of Allah for guideness of people towards right path of Islam.

As you know every Surah in the Holy Qur’an has its own benefit (Hikmat). Here are certain Surahs in the link below which tells the Benefit (Hikmat) of each of Surah Mubaraka.

http://www.duas.org/suraben.doc

Please check it out my brothers/sisters.

I love You all wherever you are from bottom of my heart for Allah (SWT).

Salam Alaikum Wa Rahmatullah e Wa Barakatuhu

Makhtar - October 2, 2009

Mualeikum Salam brother,

Thank you very much for the document, it’s a great resume and guide on the benefits of the surahs in the Quran.
InchaAllah, I’ll send you my feedback, if necessary, after finished reading it.

May Allah reward you for this.

45. Stoiber - December 30, 2008

Sister Sama, Salaamalikum. The solution is not just to read any specific surah’s from the Quran, but to confront your husband and explain to him in a polite and a sincere manner that his chatting online with other women distresses you greatly and to a point that your daily affairs are adversely affected by his actions. Further remind him of the rights a wife has over her husband in Islam and his obligation as a husband and father of your children to not just support you and his children financially but to make you feel secure in your daily life and not do anything that would cause mistrust and sow seeds of suspicion and God forbid destroy the peace and happiness of your home. Do remind him that shaitan loves to create mistrust and suspicion between couples and is extremely thrilled and pleased when he can create discord between a husband and wife. This creep shaitan’s ultimate goal is to destroy your relationship with your husband and cause a split between you two. Explain to your husband why he would want to do that which would please shaitan and help him in his efforts to destroy his marriage and why he would not do that which would please Allah Subhanotalah and bring about peace and calm at home. Ask him why, being a Muslim, he would deprive you and his children of the support and comfort his children and you so badly need. Tell him to come back to Islam. One last thing. If you can download Surah Baqarah on your pc and play it so that it keeps repeating upon ending and play it continuously, I am positive this will have a burning effect on the shaitan that may be in your home and around your husband. I am saying this from my personal experience. Play it with the “repeat” key turned on so that the recitation never ends. You will be amazed at the results Inshallah and I pray to Allah Subhanotalah that he guides your husband and gives you & your family, patience, health and comfort, Ameen.

As Salaam Wa Alaikum

I do agree that all these surahs are beneficial and I have just started to recite them recently. The first time while reciting Surah Waqiah, I received 2 SMS on my phone, confirming two small deposits.
Up to this day I do not know where the money has come from. So it does not matter how weak a hadith is, if it is the recitation of the Holy Quran, then surely there is benefit in it without doubt.

Was Salaam

asalamualaykum

bismillah hirahmanir rahim

Saying ‘Bismillah’

The Prophet (salAllahu alayhi wasalam) said that it is one of the names of Allah the distance between it and Allah’s greatest name, is but like the distance between the black and white of the eye seen from a close angle.[Hakim & Dhahabi in The Book of Excellence of the Qur'an 1/552]

Ibn Abbas (radiAllahu anhu) said, concerning ‘Bismillah’, Allah evolved it for you, and never had He evolved it unto any community before you. [Hakim in Al-Mustadrak & Dhahabi in 'The Book of Excellence of the Quran 1/551]
—————————————-
Surah al Fatihah (1)

Ibn ‘Abbas said, “While Jibril (alayhis salam) was sitting with the Prophet, he heard a sound above him and raised his head. He said, ‘This is a door of heaven which has been opened today and which has never been opened before today. An angel descended from it.’ He said, ‘This is an angel who has descended to earth who has never descended before today.’ He gave the greeting and said, ‘Give the good news of two lights which you have been given and which no Prophet before you was given: the Fatiha of the Book and the end of Surah al-Baqarah (2). You will not recite a letter of them without being given it.’”[Muslim, Riyad as-Salihin by Imam an-Nawawi]

Anas (radhi Allah anhu) said: “When you recite Surah Al-Fatihah and Surah Al-Ikhlas upon lying on your bed, you will be safeguarded and should become fearless of every thing except death.”
[Narrated by Baraa', Tafseer Mazhari 1:31]

Surah Al-Fatihah is equivalent to two thirds of the Qur’an
[Al-Bayhaqi and Al-Haakim, Tafseer Mazhari 1:31]
—————————
Surah al Baqarah (2)

The Prophet said, ‘The Qur’an and those who committed themselves to it will be presented on the Day of judgement, preceded by Surah al-Baqarah and Surah al Imran’.[Muslim 805]

Abu Huraira reported that the Messenger of Allah (salAllahu alayhi wasalam) said, “Do not turn your houses into graves. Shaitan is barred from any house in which Surat al-Baqarah is recited.” [Muslim 780, 4: 1707]

The Prophet said, ‘Whoever recites 4 verses from the first part of Surah al Baqarah, the verse of the Throne, two verses after the verse of the Throne and three verses from the last part of Surah al Baqarah, the last raku before surh ale imran (amman ar rasuloo bima unzila ilayhi wal mummenoon) Satan would never come near him or the members of his family on that day, and nothing he despises would come near him or the members of his family, and never are these verses recited over a madman without him regaining his consciousness’ [Darimi 3249/A in the Book of Excellence of the Quran; an-Nasai in the Deeds during the Day and Night; Ibn Hibban & Tabrani]

Abu Umamah (radiAllahu anhu) reported that the Prophet (salAllahu alayhi wasalam) said, ‘Recite Surah al-Baqarah: for to hold on to it is a barakah (blessing), to leave it is a regret’ [Muslim]

Abu Umamah (radiAllahu anhu) reported that the Messenger of Allah (salAllahu alayhi wasalam) said ‘Read the two radiant ones al-Baqarah and Al ‘Imran for they will come on the Day of Resurrection like two clouds, or two shades, or two flocks of birds, pleading for their companions’ [Muslim]
———————————
Surah ale Imran (3)

Abdullah ibn Masud (radiAllahu anhu) said, ‘What an excellent treasure Surah al Imran is to the pauper when he recites it in prayer during the last part of the night’ [Darimi 3264/A]

The Prophet said to Muadh (radiAllahu anhu), ‘Should I not teach you a supplication which, when used to implore Allah, Allah shall pay your debt, even it be as huge as Mount Uhud? He then mentioned them (i.e. Surah al Imran verse 26 & 27)’ [Tabarani in Al Saghir 1/330]

Makhul (radiAllahu anhu) reported that the Messenger of Allah (salAllahu alayhi wasalam) said, “If anyone recites Al ‘Imran on a Friday, the angels will invoke blessings on him till night comes.”
[Darimi transmitted it. Mishkat al-Masabih #2172]

Usman ibn Affan (radiAllahu anhu) reported that the Messenger of Allah (salAllahu alayhi wasalam) said, “If anyone recites the end of Surah ‘Al Imran at night, the reward for a night spent in prayer will be recorded for him.”
————————————
Surah al An’am (6)

Jabir (radiAllahu anhu) reported that The Prophet (salAllahu alayhi wasalam) said, ‘So many Angels accompanied its revelation that the horizon was covered with them’ [Hakim, Dhahabi & Baihaqi]

The Prophet (salAllahu alayhi wasalam) said, ‘The Qur’an was revealed in one fifth part, whoever memorised it in one fifth parts would not forget it. Except for Surah al An’am, which was revelaed in it’s entirity, seen off by seventy angels from each heaven until they delivered it to the Prophet. Surah al Kahf (18)

The Prophet (salAllahu alayhi wasalam) said, ‘Whoever recited Surah al Kahf in the same manner in which it was revealed, it will serve for him as a light on the Day of Judgement, from his domicile to Makkah. And whoever recited the last ten verses, and it happens that the Dajjal should appear after that, Dajjal will not be empowered over him’. [Hakim 1/564 & Dhahabi]

Abu’d-Darda’ reported that the Messenger of Allah (salAllahu alayhi wasalam) said, “Anyone who memorises ten ayats from the beginning of Surat al-Kahf (18) will be protected from the Dajjal.”

One variant has, “from the end of Surat al-Kahf.”

The Prophet (salAllahu alayhi wasalam) said, ‘Whoever recited Surah al Kahf on a Friday, Allah will kindle for him abundant light to brightly illuminate the period between the two Fridays (the Friday on which the recitation was made and the next Friday)’

[Darami transmitted it, at-Tirmidhi]

Abu Umamah (radiAllahu anhu) reported that the messenger of Allah (salAllahu alayhi wasalam) said, “The greatest name of Allah, which if He is called by it, He responds, is in three surahs: Al-Baqarah, ‘al ‘Imran and Ta-Ha.” Hisham ibn Ammar, the khateeb of Damascus, said: “In Al-Baqarah, it is ‘Allah! There is no god but He, the Ever-Living, the One Who sustains and protects all that exist’ [Al-Baraqah, 2: 255]. In ‘al ‘Imran it is ‘Alif. Laam. Meem. Allah! There is no god but He, the Ever-Living, the One Who sustains and protects all that exists’ ['al 'Imran, 3: 1-2]. And in Ta-Ha it is ‘And (all) faces shall be humbled before (Allah), the Ever- Living, the One Who sustains and protects all that exists’ [Ta-Ha, 20: 111].” [narrated in a marfu' report (one that is traced all the way back to the Prophet [salAllahu alayhi wasalam], Tafsir of Imam Ibn Kathir)]

[Fath al Qadir 3/502].

The Prophet would not sleep until he recited Surah as Sajdah.
[at-Tirmidhi 5/165; Hakim 2/412 & Dhahabi in Sahih al Jamiea (22/789)]

Khalid ibn Ma’dan (radiAllahu anhu) said, “Recite the Deliverer, which is Alif Laam Tanzeel, for I have heard that a man who had committed many sins used to recite it and nothing else. It spread its wing over him and said, ‘O’ My Lord, forgive him, for he often used to recite me.’ So the Lord Most High made it an intercessor for him and said, ‘Record for him a good deed and raise him a degree in place of every sin.”

Khalid (radiAllahu anhu) also said, “It will dispute on behalf of the one who recites it when he is in his grave saying, ‘O’ Allah, if I am part of Thy Book, make me an intercessor for him. But if I am not a part of Thy Book, blot me out of it.’ It will be like a bird putting its wing on him, it will intercede for him and will protect him from the punishment in the grave.” He said the same about Tabaarakalladhi (Surah Mulk).

Abu Sa’id al-Khudri (radiAllahu anhu) reported that the Messenger of Allah (salAllahu alayhi wasalam) said about the surah, “Say: He is Allah, Absolute Oneness” (112), ‘By Him in Whose hand my soul is, it is equal to one third of the Qur’an!’ [Sahih al-Bukhari 6:61 #533, Riyad as-Salihin by Imam an-Nawawi Ch.183 #1010]

Abu Sa’id al-Khudri (radiAllahu anhu) reported that the Messenger of Allah (salAllahu alayhi wasalam) said to his Companions, “Are any of you unable to recite a third of the Qur’an in a night?” That was difficult for them and they said, “Which of us is able to do that, Messenger of Allah?” He said, “[The surah] ‘Say: He is Allah, Absolute Oneness, Allah, the Everlasting Sustainer of all’ (112) constitutes a third of the Qur’an.’” [Sahih al-Bukhari 6:61 #534, Riyad as-Salihin by Imam an-Nawawi Ch.183 #1010]

The latter version has ‘fifty times’ and he did not mention ‘unless he is in debt’

A’isha (radiAllahu anha) reported that whenever the Prophet (salAllahu alayhi wasalam) went to bed every night, he used to cup his hands together and blow over it after reciting Surat Al-Ikhlas, Surat Al-Falaq and Surat An-Nas, and then rub his hands over whatever parts of his body he was able to rub, starting with his head, face and front of his body. I think having cites likes this is very important– where Muslims will meet and discuss things…

The only thing people need to be careful of is saying hadithes that are not from the prophet.

thank you all!

But we must all agree that all the Quranic verses has their benefits though. Salaam!
ramzan mubarak to all!
recently my sister and i feel that things are not going as they should be.
my sister has been having some dreams which are very horrific and scary.
she believes that someone is doing black magic on us.
we have a lot of family issues that we are unnecessarily involved in.
my sister is not with me now.
she has recently gone away for school.
but even there her nightmares are not ending. she recently saw a dream where she is dying right before her eyes.
also, when she was here at home, she used to wake up during the times of 2 to 3 am in the morning claiming that something is not right.
she felt a presence of something in the room.
there is also an issue with windows. she used to sleep near the window at home and also at her school. she says that she gets weird feelings at night when she tries to sleep; like there is something there outside the window.
i don’t know what is going on or what to do.
how can i get rid of bad magic if that’s what it is, or what ever else it might be?
how can i help her feel more safe?
HOW CAN I HELP HER?
i don’t know who to ask for help.
PLZ CAN SOMEONE HELP ME?

75. Saqib - December 20, 2009

Assalaam Aalakum,

I would like to convey my gratitude for your work and mashaalah what a great site you have produced, full of information and allowing one to increase their deen.

I have recently started my own personal quest to improve my deen and knowledge inshallah, as I have suffered terrible inflictions and hardships (over the past 10 years)I have been growing up through my teens and many people commented that it may be Sihr, Nazar or other elements but I just brushed these off and thought (No, why would someone want to that to me) but I am thinking this may now still be the case as I dont seem to settle in life.

The truth is I really need your prayers right now inshallah as I am still suffering inflictions and have started to strengthen my own imaan and change my own character as Allah (SWT) helps the own that strives on a path of change themselves first.

I would like to know whether the hadith that have been quoted are strong/sound or not? For example, reciting of Surah Waqiah is meant to increase one’s wealth – As I lost my job in September ’08 I have started to memorise various Surahs starting with Surah Yaseen.

I have read through the Word Document provided in an earlier link ‘suraben.doc’ and wondered if this was specific for Shia’s as there is also seems to be reference to Shia Imams (unless I have got it wrong) and I will confess my knowledge of Imam’s and Hadith is not great but I belong to Hanafi Madhaab and Ahl Sunaat Wal Jammat.

Surah al-An’aam (The Cattle)

This surah was revealed in Makkah and contains a total of 165 verses. Imam Ridha (a.s.) has said that this surah was revealed accompanied by the descending of seventy thousand angels. These angels will ask forgiveness from Allah (s.w.t.) for any person who recites this surah, and they will continue doing so until the Day of Judgement.
Imam Ja’far as-Sadiq (a.s.) has said that if a person writes this surah using musk or saffron and then drinks it (ie. puts the written surah in water for its writing to dissolve) for six consecutive days, that person will be blessed abundantly and will be free from all problems and ailments. He will not loose his health or fall sick.
The 6th Holy Imam (a.s.) also said that this surah must be accorded due respect as the name of Allah (s.w.t.) appears 70 times in it. If people knew the benefits of reciting this surah, they would never leave it.

My knowledge of Hadith is still developing and inshallah may Allah (SWT) forgive me if I have said something wrong, I just need some clarity so I can try and get myself out of hardships and affflictions, and read Quran Shareef and certain Surah’s for increasing my sustenance/job, preventing Sihr/Nazar/Magic, increasing my iman etc.

Also, I have another question:

- Can one just recite certain surahs from the Quran or when reading the Quran must one start sequentially and start with Surah Faatiha, and then with Surah Baqarah and so forth..

- Or can one merely pick up the Quran Sharef and start with say, read and understand say Surah Yaseen, Chapter 36.

Jazakallah Khair

Brother Saqib

This is for sister Afshan, please read Dua-E-Nur every night after Isha Salat and inform your sister to read it too. When she goes to bed ask her to read the Aytul -Kursi 3 times. A few years back i had the same thing happen to me, weather it was Nazzar or black magic on our Allah knows. But as soon as i started to read the Dua-E-Nur ad Aytul Kursi, things improved. Ask your sister to pray 5 times salat daily. Inshallah sister she will have peace.

I guess reading Quran is different. Quran teach us only how we have to spend our life. Quran tells us of those people who committed sins, What ALLAH SWT done with them… So thts why read QURAN with translation so you know what exactly ALLAH saying to us. ALLAH says ask from me, i am the one who listens your dua and make it fullfill. So for this the best thing is Namaz and dua. One offer Namaz regularly and ask help from ALLAH.

One Should read Quran daily, it can be any Surah, but read it with translation and tafseer than you really come to know the true meaning of that surah and than you can implement on your daily life.

We all people are quite concern of our present life problem.. But i didnt saw a one single question about the day of judgment (Qiaymat).. Are we people doing anything about it… There are two hadith of it.. In one hadith its mention one day of qiyamat will be equal to 70 yrs and in other it mention of some like 30 yrs…

We reading surah to overcome problem of our daily life but we are not reading surah to get ALLAH sawab on us and forgiveness..

Just Think on it..

If any Woman wants to marry a most famous person or a Celebrity, then she can do this from her own. Just use her Sperms and Urine to tackle someone’s attention towards you. A simple remedy can be apply of Black Magic and you can trap someone for marriage.

This remedy is quite little but critical to do. Whoever did, got success!

Assalam-o-alaikum !

Please refer me any marriage proposal of a good looking / beautiful woman (fair in color). My first preference is a Widow and second is Divorce and third preference is Single Woman.

Yes, I’m married person and looking for Second Marriage because I’m totally frustrated with my first wife. I swear upon Allah, my wife makes my mind for this, she have no manners how to treat with a Husband.

Alhamdulillah I’m good looking person with age of about 35 years. I have my own little business of Pest Control Services in Karachi.

I really don’t care about Caste and age. A woman should be from the age of 23 to 40 years. Perfect in fitness and look-wise. I don’t need Jahaiz or anything else.

So please help me brothers and sisters in marriage. I’m not that person who do prefer “Zinah” or any bad things with Women. I’m marriage minded person with God fearing heart.

How to take revenge from the Dirtiest enemy if someone don’t have power over them? For example, if your enemy is belonging from a Political Party or he is a terrorist type person or what so ever he is, how we can take revenge from him by any Surah?

I have an enemy and he have a most powerful Black Magic experts and he disturbed me a lot in my daily life routine. I wish I can take revenge from him through Quranic Way. Or there is any Surah from which I can destroy this enemy any how?

Please respond me and help me.

I believe that Allah sent us His Messengers and Books to purify our souls and worship none but Him and guide us in our life and dealings so that we may enter Jannah and be safe from the hellfire.

I would like to urge you not use the Surah in the Qur’an for revenge, but would advise you to recite and ask Allah for His Protection against harm and give you strength to overpower the wicked and evil.

Allah Knows Best.

Would like to share a link on ways to treat sihr via sunnah & Qur’an verses.

http://islamqa.info/en/ref/12918

What is the treatment for someone who has been affected by sihr (magic or witchcraft, including spells aimed at causing hatred or love)? How can the believer save himself from this or avoid being harmed by it? Are there any du’aa’s or dhikrs from the Qur’aan or Sunnah for these things?

Ways of treating sihr
Praise be to Allaah.

There are different kinds of treatment:

1 – He can look at what the saahir (person who practices sihr) has done. For example, if he has put some of his hair in a place, or in a comb, or somewhere else, if it is discovered that he has put it in such-and-such a place, it should be removed and burnt or destroyed. This will cancel out what has been done and will foil the intentions of the saahir.

2 –The saahir should be forced to undo what he has done, if his identity is known. It should be said to him, “Either you undo what you have done, or you will be executed.” After he has undone it, he should still be executed by the authorities, because the saahir should be killed without being asked to repent, according to the correct view. This is what was done by ‘Umar, and it was narrated that the Messenger (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “The punishment of the saahir is to strike him with the sword (i.e., execute him).” When Hafsah Umm al-Mu’mineen (may Allaah be pleased with her) found out that a slave woman of hers was dealing with sihr, she killed her.

3 – Reciting Qur’aan, for it has a great effect in removing (the effects of) sihr. Aayat al-Kursiy, the aayahs of sihr from Soorat al-A’raaf, Soorat Yoonus and Soorat Ta-Ha, Soorat al-Kaafiroon, Soorat al-Ikhlaas and al-Mi’wadhatayn should be recited over the person who has been affected by sihr, or into a vessel. Du’aa’ should be made for healing and good health; in particular the du’aa’ which has been narrated from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him):

“Allaahumma Rabb al-Naas, adhhib al-ba’s wa’shfi, anta al-Shaafiy, laa shifaa’a illa shifaa’uka, shifaa’an laa yughaadiru saqaman (O Allaah, Lord of mankind, remove the evil and grant healing, for You are the Healer. There is no healing except Your healing, which does not leave any sickness).”

One may also recite the words used by Jibreel when he treated the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) with ruqyah:

“Bismillaah urqeek, min kulli shay’in yu’dheek, wa min sharri kulli nafsin aw ‘aynin haasidin Allaah yushfeek, bismillaah urqeek (In the name of Allaah I perform ruqyah for you, from everything that is harming you, from the evil of every soul or envious eye may Allaah heal you, in the name of Allaah I perform ruqyah for you).”

This should be repeated three times, as should the recitation of “Qul Huwa Allaah Ahad” and al-Mi’wadhatayn.

He may also recite the above into water, some of which should be drunk by the person who has been affected by sihr, and he should wash with the rest, one or more times as needed. This will remove the sihr by Allaah’s Leave. This was mentioned by the scholars (may Allaah have mercy on them), and by Shaykh ‘Abd al-Rahmaan ibn Hasan (may Allaah have mercy on him) in Fath al-Majeed Sharh Kitaab al-Tawheed, in (the chapter entitled) Baab Ma jaa’a fi’l-Nushrah, and by others.

4 – He can take seven green lotus leaves, grind them up, and put them into water, then recite into it the aayahs and soorahs mentioned above, and the du’aa’s. Then he can drink some and wash with the rest. This is also useful for treating a man who is being kept from having intercourse with his wife. Seven green lotus leaves should be placed in water, the verses referred to above should be recited into it, then he should drink from it and wash with it. This is beneficial, by Allaah’s leave.

The verses which should be recited into the water and the lotus leaves for those who have been affected by sihr and the one who is being prevented from having intercourse with his wife because of sihr are as follows:

1- Soorat al-Faatihah

2- Aayat al-Kursiy from Soorat al-Baqarah, which is as follows (interpretation of the meaning):

“Allaah! Laa ilaaha illa Huwa (none has the right to be worshipped but He), Al-Hayyul-Qayyum (the Ever Living, the One Who sustains and protects all that exists). Neither slumber nor sleep overtakes Him. To Him belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth. Who is he that can intercede with Him except with His Permission? He knows what happens to them (His creatures) in this world, and what will happen to them in the Hereafter. And they will never compass anything of His Knowledge except that which He wills. His Kursiy extends over the heavens and the earth, and He feels no fatigue in guarding and preserving them. And He is the Most High, the Most Great” (al-Baqarah 2:255)

3- The verses from Soorat al-A’raaf, which are as follows (interpretation of the meaning):

“[Pharaoh] said: ‘If you have come with a sign, show it forth, if you are one of those who tell the truth.’

Then [Moosa] threw his stick and behold! it was a serpent, manifest!

And he drew out his hand, and behold! it was white (with radiance) for the beholders.

The chiefs of the people of Pharaoh said: ‘This is indeed a well-versed sorcerer;

He wants to get you out of your land, so what do you advise?’

They said: ‘Put him and his brother off (for a time), and send callers to the cities to collect —

That they bring to you all well-versed sorcerers.’

And so the sorcerers came to Pharaoh. They said: ‘Indeed there will be a (good) reward for us if we are the victors.’

He said: ‘Yes, and moreover you will (in that case) be of the nearest (to me).’

They said: ‘O Moosa! Either you throw (first), or shall we have the (first) throw?’

He [Moosa] said: ‘Throw you (first).’ So when they threw, they bewitched the eyes of the people, and struck terror into them, and they displayed a great magic.

And We revealed to Moosa (saying): ‘Throw your stick,’ and behold! It swallowed up straight away all the falsehood which they showed.

Thus truth was confirmed, and all that they did was made of no effect.

So they were defeated there and returned disgraced.

And the sorcerers fell down prostrate.

They said: ‘We believe in the Lord of the ‘Aalameen (mankind, jinn and all that exists).

The Lord of Moosa and Haaroon (Aaron).’” [al-A’raaf 7:106-122]

4- The verses from Soorat Yoonus, which are as follows (interpretation of the meaning):

“And Pharaoh said: ‘Bring me every well-versed sorcerer.’

And when the sorcerers came, Moosa said to them: ‘Cast down what you want to cast!’

Then when they had cast down, Moosa said: ‘What you have brought is sorcery, Allaah will surely make it of no effect. Verily, Allaah does not set right the work of Al-Mufsidoon.

And Allaah will establish and make apparent the truth by His Words, however much the Mujrimoon may hate (it).’” (Yoonus 10:79-82)

5- The verses from Soorat Ta-Ha, which are as follows (interpretation of the meaning):

“They said: ‘O Moosa! Either you throw first or we be the first to throw?’

[Moosa] said: ‘Nay, throw you (first)!’ Then behold! their ropes and their sticks, by their magic, appeared to him as though they moved fast.

So Moosa conceived fear in himself.

We (Allaah) said: ‘Fear not! Surely, you will have the upper hand.

And throw that which is in your right hand! It will swallow up that which they have made. That which they have made is only a magician’s trick, and the magician will never be successful, to whatever amount (of skill) he may attain’” [Ta-Ha 20:65-69]

6- Soorat al-Kaafiroon

7- Soorat al-Ikhlaas and al-Mi’wadhatayn (i.e., Soorat al-Falaq and Soorat al-Naas) – to be recited three times.

8- Reciting some of the du’aa’s prescribed in sharee’ah, such as:

“Allaahumma Rabb al-Naas, adhhib al-ba’s wa’shfi, anta al-Shaafiy, laa shifaa’a illa shifaa’uka, shifaa’an laa yughaadiru saqaman (O Allaah, Lord of mankind, remove the evil and grant healing, for You are the Healer. There is no healing except Your healing, which does not leave any sickness).”

This is good, and it may also be accompanied by the du’aa’:

“Allaahumma Rabb al-Naas, adhhib al-ba’s wa’shfi, anta al-Shaafiy, laa shifaa’a illa shifaa’uka, shifaa’an laa yughaadiru saqaman (O Allaah, Lord of mankind, remove the evil and grant healing, for You are the Healer. There is no healing except Your healing, which does not leave any sickness).”

If the above verses etc. are recited directly over the person who has been affected by sihr, then the reciter blows on his head and chest, these are also among the means of healing, by Allaah’s Leave, as stated above.
